Jenny Crozier, who co-owns her own construction company, recently added published author to her list of feats. Jenny does general contracting with her husband on residential new construction, additions, and remodels. She is a member of the Utah Valley Home Builders Association, the Utah Professional Women in Building (PWB), the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), Empowering Women In Industry, and the Crew Collaborative Ambassador Program. She works with several groups and schools getting next generations into trades careers. Going into schools she realized the importance of promoting the trades in a positive light which is what inspired her to create a book series. One of her favorite things is seeing the wonder in little girls eyes when she talks about her experiences in construction and the opportunities available to them that they had never even considered.

 

How can kids expect to find trades if they don’t even know what to look for? Jenny has made it a personal mission to make sure that her light shines on the promise of these rewarding fields.
